Can we request RAW files?

Typically, we do not release RAW files, as they do not represent the final quality and style of our work. For certain commercial or agency-level projects where RAW delivery is required, this can be discussed during onboarding and may involve an additional licensing fee.

Who owns the photos and videos?

All delivered files come with usage rights suitable for corporate marketing, web, PR, internal communications, and social media unless otherwise specified. You may not use or distribute any images or footage not included in your final delivered gallery.

Do you travel for events?

Absolutely. Our team regularly covers events across South Florida and nationwide. Whether it’s a conference in Miami, a brand activation in New York, or a corporate retreat abroad, we travel wherever your event takes us. Travel fees vary depending on location, flights, lodging, and gear requirements and can be added to any package.

How large of an event can you handle?

From small executive retreats to multi-day conventions with thousands of attendees, we scale our team to match your production needs. We can provide additional photographers, videographers, audio techs, and editors as needed.

What types of coverage do you provide?

We offer photography, videography, short-form content, interviews, recap videos, social-ready vertical clips, sponsor coverage, step-and-repeat photos, keynote documentation, breakout session coverage, and more. If you have a specific deliverable in mind, we can customize the package for you.

How long does it take to receive the final files?

Standard photo delivery is 5–7 business days for most events. Video timelines vary depending on length and complexity, typically ranging from 7–14 business days. Rush delivery is available.

Who is allowed on-site during the event coverage?

Anyone the client authorizes. This may include your internal team, PR staff, creative agencies, talent, VIP guests, or production crews. If there are location-specific rules (venue staff restrictions, backstage access levels, security protocols, etc.), we will follow all guidelines and coordinate directly with your team to ensure smooth coverage.

What should we expect in terms of dress code and appearance?

We dress to match your event’s standards. For corporate conferences, brand activations, and formal events, our team arrives in professional black attire unless otherwise requested. If your event has a branded dress code or requires specific credentials, passes, or uniforms, we will comply fully.

DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICES?

We do not currently provide hair and makeup services, so come camera-ready with your hair and makeup done how you like. Most of our clients self-style and they look fantastic, but if you want to get your makeup or hair professionally done, go for it! Ask for recommendations. 

How do we book your team for our event?

Once you reach out through our contact form, we’ll confirm your event details, availability, and deliverables. To secure your date, we require a signed agreement and a 50 percent non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due on the event date unless otherwise discussed for multi-day or corporate accounts.

Do you offer same-day or next-day turnaround?

Yes. Many corporate clients request same-day selects or next-day highlight reels for social media, press releases, or internal communications. These services can be added to any package depending on your production needs and timeline.
